Talk to the guy in the Venus Bar. Drive to the hotel in a car with armor and take out all those thugs in the car. If you keep your distance you can take out quite a few without any hassle but when you get close don’t pause as there is a time limit, you have to storm the compound, if you have blind rage its best to use it when you’re going up the stairs, the stairs can be a problem spot as you can be shot at from all angles so take care. Naturally once you get on the top floor don’t shoot the girl, heal yourself with the medical pack if needed and lead the girl back to your car. There shouldn’t be anybody left alive downstairs but keep your eye on the radar. When you’re driving her back watch out for gangs in cars but they shouldn’t be too big a hassle.

1. The goal at this point is to maintain the support copter undamaged, from the attack boats, nevertheless I've never ever were able to ensure that it stays alive but try regardless because the longer it stays up the less possibility they'll shoot you. 
2. The helicopter can make several runs around on the tanker; take out everyone you can see to help prevent you getting damage. After two runs it'll land around the bow.
3. You've arrived at a check point. 
4. Excellent a bomb, which makes no sense whatsoever but whatever, you've have a minute to defuse it. 
5. Take out the man that's just before you go down the right hand stairs and shoot the man going up the other side, now shoot the man approaching over the side. 
6. Defuse the bomb now. 
7. Next hurry up to the bow from the ship and make use of the mounted gun to take out the 2 boats after they show up in range.
8. You have 3mins to defuse the bomb inside the cargo hold; things start getting challenging now. 
9. Go right down to the cargo hold while using stairs; don't loaf around as you'll be shot at. 
10. Once you're down inside the cargo hold make use of your blind rage and duck into and out of the crates, there are some health kits scattered about so locate them if you're running low. 
11. Once you've cleared the ground defuse the bomb.
12. You've 3min to defuse the final bomb and it is back at the stern. 
13. Go on up and don't be worried about the boats which have appeared. 
14. Hurry up killing the ones that get in your path and defuse the final bomb without having to worry about eliminating all the gang associates, in my opinion they're infinite. 
15. After you've defused the bomb the captain will show up, go up and take him out. Rage is great to make use of during this time period as you'll be surrounded. 
16. You will find a number of health kits available though.
17. You'll wind up back in a dock in Miami, one you get to the top of the ramp you'll hit a checkpoint. 
18. Make your way to the foreman and fill your rage meter, once full use it and you'll clear the dock before you know it.

1. Could it be just me or did that cut scene make no sense whatsoever "this guy 5 meters away from us is an informant, I want you to kill him." He then amazingly shows up on a boat. 
2. Run after after him and equip a machine gun of some kind, get rid of the men inside the other two boats and rather than wasting 10mins hoping to get the boat to blow up just shoot for the man driving.

1. You need to protect the oil barrels and also the Dock boss; fortunately you're given a SAW with this mission. 
2. Take out those coming through the road and when they're in check turn around and take out those arriving from behind. 
3. After those reinforcements will arrive by helicopter around the platforms, don't get into that place or they'll totally surround you, rather wait around to allow them to come to the starting area and take out all that you can see. 
4. You will be able to take out a number of when they're running across the higher level. 
5. Last wave should come by way of boats, head over to one side and shoot those approaching from the dock now turn around and take out those couple of stragglers arriving from the other directions.

"Well, you stupid ****, look at you now!"

1. Take out the very first two gang members and make your way Nacho, he'll close the doorway he came through so you're going to need to go through the door on the left, which, naturally is filled with men with guns. 
2. Being confined conditions it shouldn't be too difficult to hit them before they bring about any harm to you. 
3. Go along the stairs and you'll arrived at a big room with stairs going up, hurry ahead beyond the stairs and take out the men waiting. 
4. Now climb the stairs and take out those gang members but don't neglect the drugs inside lower corner. 
5. Carry on up until you arrive at a room which opens out onto a big balcony system, there's health on the left and this is an excellent area to use blind rage. 
6. You will see men hurrying all around the balcony system so head along killing those in the way as well as on the various levels, whenever you get to the doorway be careful as there should be a lot of men there, when you are up the top stairs you'll reach a checkpoint.
7. Maintain crouched and take out the men hanging around the following room and reach the balcony and up the stairs, 
8. Take them out a distance and be cautious you don't get shot from the back on the higher levels. 
9. When you get to the control room use wall cover and take out the men waiting and grab the health pack as required. 
10. Over the following section be aware of the many oil barrels, if you're standing near one of these and if is triggered it'll be game over. Obviously this works either way. 
11. Go down the stairs killing those in the way and blowing up barrels. 
12. Use Blind rage in case your health is low and you've collected the health kit. Collect the drugs at the end of the stairs
13. Now stick to the narrowed path taking cover, crouching and shooting those who get in the way, be cautious this place is full of barrels also. 
14. Once you've gone over the wooden bridge you'll reach a checkpoint, it's almost over. 
15. Take out the 2 men that are coming in your direction. 
16. Now there's two snipers on the far end, either use blind rage or rush towards them and kill them quickly or take cover and pick them off from afar, note the final method doesn't actually work simply because they have sniper rifles and provided you're an excellent shot rushing their way should kill them before they kill you. 
17. Now only use the sniper rifle you picked up to shoot Nacho, it could take several hits but get it done before he reaches the boat.

Right after you've visited the Venus bar you will need to increase your Reputation, this can be done by completing the various missions around the islands that are marked with a white cross plus they don't show up on the mission list or you might simply buy some exotics, I like the latter but if you'd like 100% afterwards you're going to need to do those Island missions anyway. Take a look at Extra Island Missions for some help on them.

The carbine Assault rifle and Bazooka are unlocked.
Assassin, Driver and Enforcer henchmen can unlock addition missions.
