1. Following the cut scene enter your vehicle and do as instructed and visit the Babylon Club in Downtown in order to meet with Sheffield. 
2. Just after you've found him you'll learn to go speak with Felix in the Miami Marina 
3. although not prior to some police officers from Vice show up and let you know your mansion is in their possession unless of course you pay up $10,000. Don't forget about speaking with them later on to get a discussion plus some balls.

1. Now go to Coco's. 
2. Following the short cut scene you'll be able to get good at dealing coke, right here you need to hold the button to fill up the meter right up until it extends to the tip, go too far and you've failed, don't go far enough and you either fail or receive a waste deal.
3. Now go test it for real, when you get a great deal you have access to $10,000 the actual proper amount to acquire back your mansion. 
4. So what on earth are you waiting for? Return to your mansion and settle with those pigs.
