2. make sure steer clear of the barrels and don't shoot for the boat. 
3. Now after some time the papers will begin flying off into the water, 
4. you just need to go over the red marks to get them (I suppose they get picked from the prop or something like that). 
5. You need to get them all so if you miss one return to it double fast and keep chasing. 
6. Don't allow her to get beyond 500m away or you'll lose her and fail the mission.
7. When you reach more open water she'll pull in some men, just shoot back, you get unlimited ammo in boats so that you can miss as frequently as you would like. 
8. Once you've got all of the papers destroy her boat.
