1. Get in the vehicle to the side and equip the Micro SMG or whichever sub or full machine gun you've got and begin aiming at the drivers of the cars, this can be easier by simply shooting at the vehicles and waiting for it to blow up. 
2. You can ram in to the cars to stun the driver to provide you with a clearer shot. 
3. Once you've taken out the primary wave a second should appear. 
4. After you've taken those out the leader will show up with a few gang members from the back shooting towards you. 
5. Aim for the gunmen first and therefore the driver last or you might just shoot the hell out of the car. In case your vehicle begins to have flames coming from the hood bail out. 
6. Blind rage is a good idea when you're outside of a car so keep  that in mind. 
7. Keep in mind there's ammo at the back of the drive-in, so collect it should you become depleted. 
8. After all that trouble go speak with the manager.
